3. Digestion

Acupuncture is the key here, rather than acupressure. Apparently LV3 was used historically as a way to fight the tremors that Parkinsons disease causes.
So how do you find your LV 3 point? While barefoot, find the area that is between your big toe and the toe next to it, then move two fingers width downward. Right near the protruding bone there, is the LV 3 point. Not quite right on it though. Look for the slight depression on the foot, then press down on it and massage gently. Perform this in short intervals and massage it a few times a day.
Apparently it is okay to practice and experiment with gently stimulating the LV 3, and other pressure points, but it could cause complications if you suffer from rheumatoid arthritis, varicose veins, or are pregnant, and thus should not be performed. Also, heart disease or cancer are a red flag, and doctor consultation should be had before trying acupressure.
Acupuncture on the other hand, should not be self-experimented with and should only be performed by licensed professionals.
